Ava is a Milford native, and attended Medway High School where she played lacrosse, soccer, and ran indoor track for the Mustangs. Ava is a generational talent… she tallied 323 points, 237 goals, 86 assists, and 432 draw controls in four years of varsity lacrosse. She is Medway’s all-time leader in points, goals and draw controls. Ava’s high school lacrosse awards include:

Tri-Valley Champion Sectional finalist (2019), U.S. Lacrosse All-American (2019), EMGLA Coaches Association First Team All-Star (2018, 2019), Tri-Valley league MVP (2018, 2019), MetroWest Player of the Year (2019), Tri Valley League All-Star (2017-2018), Boston Herald All Star (2019)

Ava went on to have an amazing career at Vermont where she set the new Vermont all-time records for goals (219) and points (269). Her college accolades include:
