Kayleigh Hacker, a native of Natick MA, recently finished a stellar career at Babson College. She started every game for the Beavers on defense from 2021-2024, while also leading the team to three NEWMAC Championships, and three NCAA tournament appearances. Kayleigh garnered several personal accolades throughout her time at Babson including:

• 2021 IWLCA All-Berkshire Region first team
• 2022 IWLCA All-Berkshire Region second team
• 2021, 2022 All-NEWMAC first team
• 2023 All-NEWMAC second team
• 2023, 2024 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District
• 2023, 2024 IWLCA Academic Honor Roll
• 2022, 2023, 2024 NEWMAC Academic All-Conference

We are so happy to welcome Gold Star and Natick High alum, Caroline O’Connell, back as a coach! Caroline recently graduated from Assumption College, where she played both lacrosse and field hockey. As a lacrosse defender, Caroline accumulated 79 ground balls and 43 caused turnovers in her career. She is currently studying to become a Physician Assistant.

Sarah Giardino is a native of Foxboro, and a Westfield State alum where she played attack. Sarah has been coaching youth lacrosse in Middleborough for several years, and was recently named the Middleborough High School head coach. We are so excited to have Sarah’s positive attitude and energy on our coaching staff

Marisa Remley is a native of New Fairfield CT and a Western Connecticut State University alum. As WestConn, she played both midfield and goalie, racking up 18 goals, 5 assists and 61 saves. Marisa is in her second year as head coach at Hopkinton High School… we are so excited to have her as a coach at Gold Star!

We are excited to welcome goalie coach Maggie Roberts to our staff! Maggie was a standout goalkeeper for both Bishop Feehan High School and Lehigh University. In high school she was named an Eastern Athletic Conference All-Star in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Maggie was also named an EMGLCA All-Star in 2018.

Maggie excelled in the classroom and was a member of the National Honor Society, graduating seventh in her class. She was honored as a National Merit Scholar student. In college, she was a two time Patriot League Academic Honor Roll student.

We are so happy to welcome former Gold Star player, Katy Garvin back as a coach! Katy graduated from Mansfield High School in 2019. In her senior season, she captained the girls lacrosse team, and earned Hockomock League and Sun Chronicle All Star honors. Katy went on to play lacrosse at Endicott College as an attacker, where she was a consistent starter all four years. In 2022 she was an All-CCC second team member, and in 2023 an All-CCC First team member. Katy also excelled in the classroom as a phycology major and was a 2021-2023 CCC Academic All Conference honoree.

Katy is now the head girls lacrosse coach at her alma mater, Mansfield High School. Welcome back Katy!
